A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of service, prior to the start of your ride.

Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date if notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.

Charges may apply for passenger-related delays that exceed the scheduled service timeframe.

Ray Harper Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, invoice payment portal, and ACH Transfers (must be submitted one week prior to service

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the rare event of service disruption due to mechanical failure, Ray Harper Transportation will issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers and drivers, the following rules apply:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle.

A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive messes, such as vomit or spills.

The driver reserves the right to terminate service immediately without a refund if any passenger engages in unsafe, disrespectful, or threatening behavior.

Ray Harper Transportation is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during service, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

If a mechanical issue prevents completion of your service, we will reschedule or issue a refund based on the specifics of the situation.

All legal disputes must be resolved through mediation within the State of Texas.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Electronic signatures on booking forms and confirmations are considered legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.
